Abstract
Society in multilingual country may speak using more than a language cause of language varieties. In a multilingual community, people tend to mix from one language to another. When they mix two or more languages into oral communication, it is called code mixing. Code Mixing is the process where the speakers carry out in mixing between languages of such rapidly and it is not possible to determine which language should be spoken at any time, even within a sentence or phrase. This research analyzes Indonesian-English Code Mixing in Maudy Ayunda Video YouTube channel. The aim of this research is to find out the types and levels of code-mixing in Maudy Ayunda Video. The source of this research is Maudy Ayunda video YouTube channel with the title Maudy Ayunda Pernah Males Ngga Sih (Q&A Part 1) and Maudy Ayunda Ngobrolin PRIVILEGE! (Q&A Part 2)?. The object of this research is Maudy Ayunda‟s speaking in the video YouTube Channel. Descriptive Qualitative is the method of this research. The result of this research found 74 types of code mixing comprises three types such as 55 insertion, 11 alternation and 8 congruent lexicalization. And the levels of code mixing comprise six levels, they are: 38 word level, 20 phrase level, 1 baster level, 12 clause level, 2 reduplication or repetition and 1 idiom level. The researcher concludes that Insertion is the most dominant types of code mixing and the biggest level of code mixing is word level in both of the videos.
