Abstract
This research includes correlation research which consists of Infrastructure, Work Environment and Teacher Performance variables. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) How is the Infrastructure at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung, (2) How is the Work Environment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung, (3) How is Teacher Performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung , 4) Can Influence School Infrastructure and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung. The subjects of this study were teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Asyrof Bandar Lampung. The research method used is ex-post facto quantitative field. Based on the distribution of research questionnaires filled out by 25 respondents, the effect of Infrastructure on Teacher Performance is only 0.7%. The work environment is in the sufficient category with an average of 63.00 with 25 respondents and 16 questions, meaning that the work environment has an important role in supporting teacher performance in schools.
